Final Meeting for Task XV, Subtask 4

The regular final meeting for Task XV, Subtask 4, will take place on 11th November 2025, between 10:00 am and 12:00 noon at TU Wien in Vienna. The basic idea of the meeting is to finalise the report for the task. The timeline in Task XV is as follows:

• We will share the preliminary final report with you in the next two weeks.
• We ask you to review it, add to it, and fill it with your content.
• We will then discuss this report in the final meeting and finalise any open points.
• The report will then be made available with the additional documents to the international consortium after the final meeting until 28th November 2025, and then forwarded to the ExCo Committee in December to keep the deadline.
